Compliance returns

You are required to submit a monthly complaints return and a quarterly gifts and hospitality return on Journey. Below is a step by step guide on how to use Journey to complete your compliance returns.

1. Go to compliance

On the Journey navigation menu, select "Compliance" and then click "Add New Return".




2. Select your return

Select whichever compliance return is required.




3. Complete the return details

Fill out the details for the month/quarter that has just gone. If you have received any complaints or gifts or hospitality, click the green tab to bring up further details, then click save once completed.
