What questions to ask?

If you have a client looking for development finance, here are six key questions to ask:

1. What previous development experience does the client have?
2. What is the full address of the development site, and is full planning permission granted?
3. Does the client or any family members intend to live in any of the completed properties?
4. What is the Land value or purchase price?
5. What are the total development costs?
6. What is the expected Gross Development Value? ie. the completed value of the scheme
