Navigate  

Navigate is or sourcing system built to assist you with identifying the most suitable lender for your client’s requirements.  

How to use Navigate:  

• Select ‘Start a New Search’  
• Select the category of finance you are looking to source e.g. Investment Finance 
• Select the Product Type e.g. Commercial Investment 
• Select any Criteria that may be applicable to your client’s requirements such as location of finance, source of deposit etc.  
• Key Loan Amount and Property Value 
• Select Continue. 
• This will provide you with an overview of lenders who’s lending criteria likely meets the needs of your client based on the criteria you have keyed.  
• This list of lenders will show you the relevant contact details for the Business Development Managers, links to the lender’s website as well as a request for registration where we will arrange the relevant process to be completed for you to register to submit to a lender.
